But I thought they were incredible ... didn't their win against Northwestern State prove that??

You can't be racist and like basketball.
Their attendance was higher than ours.

Other than that, they look like a bunch of morons.

    The very best.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

The "Blue Curtain" gave up 450 yards of offense and the offense was shut out in the second half.

we all know ku skews their attendance numbers.. crap, they charge $35 to anything that is breathing. We don't charge anything for kids under the age of two. Mizzou doesn't charge anything for kids under the age of one and the Chiefs don't charge anything for kids under the age of three. ku basically blows, I guess that is all I'm really trying to say..

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
The only one who should see those attendance comparisons is Offutt. He said it wouldn't happen all year.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

    It's a nlellephant...
I am here.  We played terrible.  One of the first thoughts I had exiting the stadium in a bad mood was, I wish I wouldn't have run my mouth regarding K-State's close victory of Ill. St.

Sounds like you guys played much better...congrats.

As a brief recap re: our game I don't know what to be more worried about....

Our secondary was abysmal (good news here is there is an excuse - Talib serving his suspension.  Also we miss Gordon; sitting on the practice squad with the Vikings)
Our D-Line was completely over-matched (by Louisiana Monroe - This can't be a good sign)
Our offense looked pretty bad outside of Jon Cornish (who is very good)
Kerry Meier has a long way to go before he is a Big XII caliber QB (He makes a great throw followed by two headscratchers - The only positive here was is two TD passes were very good)
Our Linebackers (although some say are more athletic; are no where near as good as what we graduated)

As you guys said all week it is only one game, but I was very disappointed and hope that it was just a really bad night.

Sounds like Mangina has pretty much decided Talib's suspension is over because he needs him to play.

That should make ku's D unstoppable again!

I'm curious as to why there has not been a thread titled:

Because Louisiana-Monroe is a solid member of the "Sun Belt" conference.  Give them some credit.
