My girlfriend's roomates were out last night.  One of the roomate's ex-boyfriends my girlfriend and the other roomate have a restraining order against, so he can't come to my girlfriend's apartment.  Hoskins saw this dude with his ex-girlfriend (Hoskins has "dated her" as well) and an altercation ensued.

I talked to both of my girlfriend's roomates after they got back and they both filed reports with the police giving background and vouching for Hoskins.

This will go nowhere.
