TT = new hotness.

Note the slim calves!

The thin man is now at the top of my list.  His days in Auburn are over.

Would be amazing but doubt he's interested.  Can you imagine the LOLlers he would get though when Auburn buys us out on their return game!?

    The "other" KSU
I pass, I want a guy that is more like me - a little squishy, about 20lb over weight and looks like he would sit down and a few drink beers.

I imagine that would almost be a bonus incentive.

But in all reality, his SEC days are about done as well.  I can't imagine him jumping to a third SEC team.  He was VERY interested in the aTm job, so the Big XII is somewhere he would like to go.

He would DOMINATE the north.  The dude is super private as well (much like Bill) and Manhattan would offer him things very similar to Auburn.

I think we have a better shot than most would think.

Nope.

Booster pressure to "update" his offense brought about the failed spread-option to the plains.

If given the choice, Tuberville would go back to the two-back power-run/play action look.

Can you imagine the RB 'cruits we would get?!?  :excited:

But the defense, my God the defense...

Nobody says he can't find a super   OC to  help him out.

It's not like he's not willing to try, it's just the guy they brought in was clueless.

Come on, would you rather look across the river at Mark Mangino or Nick Saban??

Tommy Tubberville would be good.  Def. top 5.  But the biggest question would not be the offense he would bring...

Well to be fair to Tony Franklin, he was never given a realistic chance of success there.  He's a great OC and good HC, remember when his Troy teams shredded Mizzou?

The politics over the summer between coordinators, coaches, and boosters was toxic.

if we actually had a legit dual threat qb with a decent arm i'd be down for keeping Brock as OC.  for some reason i like the offense, it's just too bad WR's are dropping balls and we have no RB...............

I guess he might struggle w/ recruiting TExas.  But he was a coach at aTm.  (briefly).  But I also think he knows what he's doing.

How much do we pay our assistants?
Krause set precedence already with MBB.

I think for $6-7 Mil (3.5 for him and 3ish for coordinators) we could bag him.

Wait, you guys are wanting to replace RP with a guy who barely, and I mean BARELY won a game against RP , all while he had 10 times the talent on his team?    :ugh:   :scared:

Absolutely.

I'd replace him with Mack Brown, too.  :flush:

dear lord, do people seriously think this way?

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

oh, and KSU was loaded on offense in 2007. Freeman, Johnson, Nelson, all future NFL'ers.

We are much worse on offense in 2008.

Doesn't require a lot of thought, I saw it, and ole Ron and his band of brothers were outcoaching him throughout the entire game.  Of course it might say more about RP's abilities, than TT's shortcomings.    :peek:

Auburn won the game against KSU the same way it wins all of its games.  He freaking beat an 11-2 LSU in 2006 by a score of 7-3.  He beat Florida (in the swamp last year) 20-17, and Florida's ONE loss in '06...yep, 27-17 to Auburn.  I freaking hate our fan base.
