I hate how they make us sound SPOILED for wanting this guy booted. Yeah, a NOT HORRIBLE record is all we're after at 16-15.

Not horrible team that plays for championships. I think that was Ron's acceptance speech.

Even if we make a bowl, and get trounced vs. Kansas and Nebraska (i'm already marking MU has a trounce)....then our patience will grow even more thin.

Our defense is a triple digit ranked embarrassment. Even an okay defense..like 45th in the country....would be enough to challenge for 2nd in our Division and possibly 7 or 8 wins.

16-15 looks decent, but we have to remember this is after our easy non-cons and BEFORE our big 12 schedule. We're reasonably looking at 17-20 after the season which isn't so hott.

All I know is, if I have to hear all the idiot uk fans and the jackass UNL fans for another entire off season, I may just have to swear off KSU football for awhile.  I seriously think Rons poor excuse for a team is giving me an ulcer.  Plus, I'm too pissed off to even watch much CFB after we get our weekly ass-raping.  Every other game just enrages more, because it seems like every other team I watch would beat our heads in.  I feel like the goddamn Incredible Hulk all day on saturdays.  It's no good man, no good.

I feel your pain man. I cant watch other college teams play because it seems that even the Toledos of the college football world seem to have more of a clue of how to play the game than we do. I find myself saying why cant we tackle like that, why cant we throw deep like that, why cant we run the ball like that, why cant we adjust like that ect ect ect ect.

If Ron could give us something, anything to positively point towards in terms of recruiting he'd have a hell of a lot more leeway.  Basically, like if we were building something for the future like Hawk is doing at Colorado, like Pinkle did at Mizzou during the sh*t years.

Juco's on the defensive side that weren't even good enough to make their team isn't going to cut it when we're currently averaging +500 yards a game to our opponents.

Exactly what I've been saying.  This fanbase/team needs something to be excited about for the future other than Josh Freeman.  Right now, there isn't anything recruiting-wise that makes me think we have a chance to compete after J-Free's gone.  Which is why (unless he turns around recruiting in a hurry) I wouldn't mind letting Prince go regardless of the record this year.  We need a coach that can coach well on Saturdays and get players to play well on Saturdays, something I haven't seen with the current regime.
