Do NOT credit WSU for the invent of the "shocker." The "shocker" was made famous by the site collegehumor.com. I'm sure thats where shocker got that picture from as well. Funny fact...that picture for shocker is featured on collegehumor.com in the photo section, because they like to post pictures of people using that gesture (because they invented it.)
