Just horribly bitter.

"ku is about to lose a bunch of football games, a bunch"

Not sure if it is a statement or a plea to God.

Has he followed up his comments from last week that Misery "might be the best offensive team ever."  Mark May questioned their offense and KK said he had an agenda.

He seriously said Misery might be the best offense ever ...

"Never beat a top 10 team" hmmmmmm  VT was top 5 with 8 future NFL draft picks.  I guess BCS games don't count.

Yep, never beaten one.  Not a top 5 team, or a #3 ranked BCS team.  Never has happened....

Ha, his rant is pretty funny.

Horrible offensive performance against Colorado.

Honestly, I don't see how a team can put up 407 yards against CU and then play well against OU.  You need to put up at least 430 yards like UT did.

KSU to compete for the division based on the victory at A&M.  Big win.  It is exactly the same as ku beating bowl bound OSU and A&m on the road last year.

EXACTLY THE SAME.

GIVE THEM CREDIT.

We may lose a few games, but this continued attempt to put some sort of equality between what ku and KSU are doing is just dumb.  We will illustrate that very loudly this year at Memorial.

Easy now that is just too rational.

And I pretty much agree with him that the Texas A&M win last year for ku is exactly the same as KSU going down there an winning it this year.  I guess that means the North is really good this year if KSU is as good as ku was last year.

Re: Keitz is a very bitter man...
I wonder if KK knows that Missouri's best win is over a 3-3 Illinois team.  They finally played someone with a pulse and they lost.  Neither ku nor MU have a win over a team with a winning record.  They just looked better in their wins than ku.  ku still has a better D.  The teams are a lot closer than he realizes.

A crappity-azzed KSU team beat a doubly crappity-azzed aTm team, one that LHS and FSHS could easily beat, and suddenly KSU is equal to ku?  Is that was he is saying?  I'm not listening.  Amazing.

An enemy of my enemy is my friend or so to speak...

He knows that ku will bury KSU given the current circus in charge at KSU.  Other than them hitting a home run with their next hire their best hope is to have MU football be successful than ku and keep ku from getting a stranglehold on the KC area from an attention standpoint.

His world is collapsing all around him. A ku basketball NC in the most difficult FF ever, a ku BCS victory, the Scary Smart implosion, and now a ku team poised to claim the North. It just doesn't get any better than this (especially after he hitched his wagon to Mizzou and Pinkel). Awesome!

Oh how I want ku to win this game against OU.  Going 3-0 in the conference with MU sitting at 1-2 would completely set him off.  All of the sudden ku would be looking like a 10-2 or 9-3 type team.

Website idea for those who are capable.

I would love to start a site that allows its users to enter predictions from these experts and talk show hosts (local and national)  Then as the "predictions" and "statements of facts" come to fruition you could rate how often these guys are all wet.

You could have almost like an "approval rating" or a "rotten tomatoes" system that shows how often they were just talking out their ass or making predictions to drum up ratings.

This could go for guys like Keitz and Soren and up to guys like Mark May and Lee Corso.

Could be good humor and get some hits; not sure how you make money on it though.

Crimson, that's his M-O. KK always leaves a way to worm out of a baseless slant against ku.

I thought about which current B12 North coaches have beaten top ten teams. I guess only Dan Hawkins, OU lost at CU last year.

This is from Giffhawk in another post.  I haven't verified the accuracy.

I remember back in 1975 that a ku team that wasn't very highly thought of came into Norman against the #2 team in the country. Final score.....

ku 23

OU  3

I'm sorry, but if you don't give Ron Freakin' Prince the respect he is due for beating two top 10 Texas teams . . . I'm going to have to go off on you.

Maybe he found out over the weekend that Prince Ron is coming back for another year, since his defense held Texas A&M to under 600 yards last weekend.

Could you ever picture two bigger douches hanging out together than coming accross KK and Chace Daniel?

It is an interesting dynamic.  Everyone we beat last year was not good once we won.  Now the MU lost to OSU they are included with the likes of OU and UT as far as talent.

Lawrence. I was there. And, yes, it was awesome. And yes, OU was ranked #2. I believe we also took down USC in their house in 1983 (Frank Seurer, our QB) when SC was ranked in the top 10.

Can't stand him either, but at least quote him correctly. I don't think any of us would be shocked if we lost 4 of our last 6. All 4 teams are ranked above us...

He did indeed.  He is spewing an unbelieveable amount of stupidity today.  "Mangino is about to be faced with the most troublesome road he has ever had."  Gee, I would think taking Terry Allen's recruits into Big XII competition was a lot more unsettling than this.  I happen to like where we sit -- clearly the top team in the Big XII North at this time.

The hypocricy between our season last year and MUs season (so far) this year is absolutely ridiculous. When the frack did MU become to golden boy? Oh well, let's hope for a big loss next week and it'll all be over. I mean for God's sake, if you can't get atleast a BCS Bowl bid during the weatherspoon, coffman, maclin, daniel era than it's never gonna happen.

So Kietz secretly expected us to blow it versus CU?

Really close to an exact quote.  He said, Mangino is going to have to coach through negative momentum the next few weeks.  Frank Boal went through the games and said, "they could lose 3 or even 4 games there."  Kevin chimed in "or even 5 of out 6!!"

It happened.  He is a buffoon.

I am not listening to the show, and I am pretty thankful for that.  But, I think it is safe to say that our success in football over the past few seasons is literally killing the man from the inside out.

He got pretty ticked off at the start by an OSU fan who was calling to gloat because he predicted a win over MU last week when KK had basically laughed him off.

Then he went on to defend the Tigers saying they were still going to win the North, and basically ku was no threat and it took off from there.

KSU is irrelevant in his market at the moment and the only thing standing between ku and totally dominating the Kansas City metro in terms of attention and money is MU football.  He hates ku more than anything hence this little alliance with MU once KSU was unable to defend itself.

He is not taking the loss very well.

No, the OU quarterback got hurt, and it was Aikman's first college game playing. He wasn't good.

Same here. 8 - 4 was a "hoped for" record. 7 - 5 was more realistic. Actually, I just wanted to make it to postseason again - that is proof the freight train is starting to roll.

There's a bunch of people here and nobody outside of ku fans that think ku has any sort of a shot.  They'll have plenty of ammo to use for Saturday.

So wxcat73,

One person makes the majority?

Yes I predicted 9-3.  ku has a chance to do that still.  If ku doesn't win 9 games I will admit I was wrong.  That does not mean the majority of ku fans predicted 9-3 or better.

Oh, and now the spread should have rules that apply to running it. He thinks 6 or 7 guys at the line of scrimmage, turning and looking to the sideline to get the play call, should be made illegal. Hmm, guess that would be us. We are truly under his skin.

Now it should be illegal to look to the sideline for an audible.  The rules need to be changed because ku uses it so well.  Wahhhhh!  Mommy!

That's hardly the majority, WX.  And I doubt moose was actually guaranteeing 9-3.

Your point is completely false.  The majority of Kansas fans weren't guaranteeing 9-3.  Most of us said anywhere from 7-5 to 9-3, with most falling at the median 8-4.  With a few breaks we hoped for 9-3.  and people STILL said we were crazy.

You really need a new shtick.  There's always a reason why Kansas is going to fail with you, and our guys have proven you wrong time and time again.

He slightly mentioned that OU does the same.  MU doesn't do it as much as they did in the past but they used to do it too.  Never heard keitz complain about it then.

Do we have the time to drag up the hundreds of posts from around spring ball to just prior to the USF game?

Now that Weiser and soon-to-be-gone Wefald are gone, KK's propaganda fund from KSCC has dried up.  He's free to pump up the mu'tards as wells as his own bottom feeder school in his agenda against anything ku.

Nothing has changed. Most thought or knew we would probably be favored in 7 games, and dogs in 5 games. Why is that hard to figure out?

That's one hell of a strawman you've constructed for yourself.

It's amazing, the lengths you will go to in your quest to discredit Kansas Athletics.  Last year had to be just brutal on you.

We're turning our heads.  The rules clearly state that only 1 man may be in motion and we have 5 or 6 that turn their heads.  It's distracting.

Stunning analysis right there.

In 2007 you gave ku a less than 10% chance to win in Manhattan.  That means if ku and KSU played 10 times in Manhattan last year KSU would have won 9 times and maybe even all 10 games in your opinion.  You have said ku won't go better than 6-6 this year too I believe.

There's no point in talking to you about this, because you won't admit to your previous identity.

So instead, I'll just ask you a single question: How many times, in the last handful of years, have you correctly picked the result of the ku/K-State football game?

Because he made so many wrong predictions as that name that he can't even begin to call out ku fans that predicted 9-3 this year even as small of a group as that is.  Not to mention ku still can reach 9-3.

He's run back to the KSU board and posted this in response to me saying a majority of fans did not predict ku to go 9-3.

Seriously, who among us guaranteed 9-3?  Even if a majority of us picked 9-3, almost everyone added the caveat that the team could be 8-4 or 7-5.  Why do some KSU fans get so wound up by ku?  We're not even true rivals with them.

More or less.  Saying that teams should tee off against him regardless of the 15-yard penalty because today's Big XII teams gain 15 yards on many pass plays a game anyway, so why not tee off and try to hurt him.

Says football is a dirty game, apparently because he's been at the bottom of the piles of players after fumbles.

Well if I ever stop posting and a new guy named goosehawk or sprucehawk ever starts posting with my same posting style and one of them joined the exact same day I visited last then I swear it's really not me.

KSU is irrelevant in his market at the moment and the only thing standing between ku and totally dominating the Kansas City metro in terms of attention and money is MU football.  He hates ku more than anything hence this little alliance with MU once KSU was unable to defend itself.

I think this is soooo dead on.

Silly gohawks3.  You forgot the cardinal rule, which is "If you lose to Kansas you were no good, and if you were ranked when you lost to Kansas you were highly over-rated and shouldn't have been ranked."

Just remember that rule and you will be okay.

ku fans biggest reason for wanting to beat OU

Quote
Oh how I want ku to win this game against OU.  Going 3-0 in the conference with MU sitting at 1-2 would completely set him off.  All of the sudden ku would be looking like a 10-2 or 9-3 type team.

Easy now that is just too rational.

And I pretty much agree with him that the Texas A&M win last year for ku is exactly the same as KSU going down there an winning it this year.  I guess that means the North is really good this year if KSU is as good as ku was last year.

I think I heard a sniffle before sending that to commercial.  Poke fan brought him to tears.

Still no mention of V-Tech.  There is no other job in the world that allows you to spew lies and inaccuracies all day and have nobody hold you accountable.

Anyone listen last week?  I usually don't tune in unless I expect to hear a nice meltdown but I am wondering if any regulars ever once heard the phrase 50/50 game being thrown around about OSU/MU last week.

LOL

This could be a pretty fun day to listen to the show. I'm hoping for a hummer reference like we got during basketball season.

Re: Keitz is a very bitter man...

Didn't ku upset Oklahoma in Norman when they were ranked in the top ten?

I believe in 1984 we beat OU 28-11 and they were ranked #2 in the nation.  Not sure if it was in Lawrence or Norman though...

This is classic Keitz.  He will now put on a string of 2.5 hours straight of guests and other topics.

Here is a prediction.  He will not take another "college football call" until maybe 5:15 tonight.

Dax,

Next time, either do a cliff notes, highlighting the good points, or post a link to where you've copied it.

The battery on my optical mouse died trying to scroll through all that.

I particularly don't want to read what bunchophogtards say about Kevin Keitzman.   I mean, they do anything, and you're right there to tell us all about it, bring up some kind of past NCAA indiscretion and then go on and on about how obsessed they are with us.

I have no issue with giving crap to a squawk, but I shouldn't have to scroll through copy and paste of a message board thread looking for tidbits when I have to get past the multiple single line entries about their registration, the number of posts they have, their shoe size.. etc.

Just do us a favor and do a chico type synopsis next time.
