Stan Parrish did.

Now Ron Parrish duplicates the feat.

Well, yeah.  No K-State coach has ever won their first TWO games. Beat that.

We are talking about K-State here ... that's kind of like saying, nobody standing on the beach has ever survived being hit by an 80 foot tidal wave.

I think the next two games are winnable, because the teams KSU is playing just aren't good.  We'll find out more about Louisville tonight and in the next 2 weeks, but just think if it was the Cardinals and not the Redbirds who were out there last night??

I really am thinking 2-10 right now.  Marshall would have beaten us tonight, IMO.

its pretty easy to want to throw in the towel on the season after this game.  i'm almost there but i do think this team is better than 30 I-A teams.  factoring that, and it was the first game ever for a totally new system, an inexperienced staff, a number of new starters, a qb who hasn't played in 2 years, a team coming off 2 losing seasons...ect, ect.  I never felt like we played "bad" meaning stupid(penalties, game changing turnovers) like we've seen the last 2 years.  a lot of correctable mistakes on def...and the offense needs to fix the left side protection and run straight ahead more.  we go out and win 30-3 next week and this game will be easier to move on from.

i agree and blame this on ron prince's "no newspaper" policy at vanier.  and chum1's lack of katpak'n

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

I did pop some popcorn while watching the second half of Ga Tech vs. ND.  I'll have to double check my handbook, but I'm pretty sure I did my part.

Technically, Ron Prince's Kansas State debut will go down in the history books as a success. He'll always be known as the 19th Wildcat coach to start his career with a victory.
