I was hoping NC would post in this thread.

Is this gopowercat.com premium information?

I'm not sure I understand.   I only read where Freeman was 5 minutes late to a workout.  I didn't see anything where he missed a class.   I'm not sure what the deal is just because it's Freeman, it could be others too, only because they are not as "well known" as Freeman.

If, the rumors are true, and I have no reason to believe they are, I like where it's going.   Play time is over boys.  Yo momma's and daddy's ain't here to wipe yo asses.  Time to get serious or go back to the crib.

Offseason workouts ...  Brutal.

Missing Class ... even more brutal.

Don't worry, the Terry Allen "I'm a friend of everybody" method has not hit KSU football yet as squawks have projected.

As I said, I don't know what's going on.

My interpretation is that some stuff apparently has happened, although Freeman was mentioned down the thread for showing up late to a workout.

However, the policy, if true, I like.  Makes them more responsible instead of babysitting them, with real consequences.

Maybe a few of the slackers that are left will be gone and we can make our run for the NC this year.

Also, there is talk that Meier is completely healed and is throwing well.   Meier is reportedly in the lead for the starting QB job and if so, I would tend to think that the QB race is going to be strong.   With Meier coming back, itwould be good to see Brother v Brother in KSU Stadium East and watch Prince destroy the hawks.

Evridge missed one Stats class.

I'm telling Prince on him.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

Apparently Freeman showed up late for a workout and Prince chewed his ass and sent him home.

I understand if they get caught skipping class, they have to lay sideways on the goal line and then roll the length of the field and back.

Stat 350

That's what I thought, and it leads me to the question: why are you going to that class? That's one of the easiest classes I've ever taken. I think I went, oh, maybe half the time.

Goldbrick is not your average intelligent joe.  I mean, after all, he worked at the McCalls factory as a janitor and when they offered him a career path to supervisor, he wouldn't take it without an additional $.10 an hour raise.   Now he just lives at home with his mom.

Might be because its a requirement for my degree.

Genius.

And I usually make an attempt to go to class. I've skipped a few so far but not much.

I was in charge of gathering patterns for orders and boxing them up. By the time I got laid off I was making about $9.50 an hour average.

It was a damn good job.

By "degree" you mean minor in business, right? Besides, what does the reasoning behind taking the course have to do with anything? I took the course for a reason (the minor), still never went, and still got an easy A. Not because I'm that smart; because the class is that f*cking retarded. Can you plug numbers into an equation and solve for a variable? Then, by God, you're ready to dominate STAT 350, also commonly referred to as "high school algebra."

    The very best.
I got a 4 on my AP stats test. I think think qualifies for Stat 350.

I really can't fathom any kind of stats class being tough. Though Stat 510 has a prereq of Calc 3.....odd.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

It can't. STAT 510 is required for CS majors, but Calc III isn't. I haven't taken Calc III but I'm in STAT 510 now. Like I said before, it isn't hard, but I do need to start paying attention because it isn't exactly common sense like STAT 350 is (hahahaha Goldie).

STAT 510. Introductory Probability and Statistics I. (3) I, II. Descriptive statistics, probability concepts and laws, sample spaces; random variables; binomial, uniform, normal, and Poisson; two-dimensional variates; expected values; confidence intervals; binomial parameter, median, normal mean, and variance; testing simple hypotheses using CIs and X2 goodness of fit. Numerous applications. Pr.: MATH 222.

Odd.

http://courses.k-state.edu/catalog/undergraduate/as/stat.html#STAT510

Yeah...CIS majors don't have to take Math 222 or Math 240. Lucky bums.  ;)

The point of this thread is that Evridge missed his Stats 350 class and Goldy fell behind because of it.

Meanwhile, fatty is determined to get his chemistry degree so that he can make the most potent suicide belt in the world, if only he can get through his stats class.

Well, maybe that was a recap.

Btw, Clayton Cox is also in the class.

I knew he was a football player but didn't know the name until recently.

Never a good sign when your classes are loaded w/football players.
