I just started "classes" this week in "Kenpo" or whatever.  Good exercise.   I still feel like I got my ass kicked, or ran over by a train, very sore. We had to learn "how to fall."

Christ, horrible news.  The very last thing sd needs is a ksufan.com'er that can best him in a fight (clearly none able to yet but this isn't a good development)

    (worst non-premium poster at ksufans.com)
when you're sitting there in the dojo, who do you pretend you are, Ken or Ryu?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

How much $$$?
$33 a month, or $5 a session.

This particular place focuses on practical combat, both armed and unarmed.

We did this exercise called "the knife game".  2 people sat back to back with eyes closed. Instructor throws a plastic knife on the ground, and whoever can reach it first and perform a knife angle on their opponent (stab, slice or whatever) wins.

    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

That would be awesome if I was. I would dominate them. (insert mitch hedberg joke here).

No, separate class for adults and kids.

Would be awesome to go to a little kid one and let the smallest quiet kid beat your ass to help him feel good.  Then destroy the bully of the class to kind shake the order up.
