My September 11th experience: I was a soph in high school.  This hot girl I liked was scared.  I did the gentlemanly thing and comforted her.  Then asked her out.  Inappropriate?  Maybe, but I dated that hot girl for 14 months.   :woohoo:

But did you hit it?

We got stuck in Vegas after the USC game.  We didn't get a flight home until about 3am Saturday morning.

The History Channel had an interesting documentary last night--102 minutes that changed the world.  Stuff you haven't seen before, and may not want to if it's still too fresh in your mind.

I remember that day going to the recruiting office and asking them where I could kill me some camel jockeys, they then proceded to sit me down and try to calm me. I wanted to just go blow them all up and I know it wasn't all of them but they did not give a crap about our innocent why should we theres.

Sorry for your loss, but these comments are way more inappropriate than any 9/11 jokes.  Pretty disturbing really.  If you still feel this way, you should probably get some professional help.

should have wasted them all in the 1st gulf war and taken care of business then.
It's not how you play it's the final score...

True since Saddam Hussein attacked us on 9/11.  If we had only taken him out in 91, we never would have had to worry about Osama bin Laden

Saw that.  It was tough to watch still.

Its amazing to think that we had beaten USC 3 days before that.  Granted, we didn't know yet that they were a looming giant, but it seems like a whole different time frame compared to that following tuesday.

I think he said "them all," which, to me, includes Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and assorted other bastard countries.
