From J-Mart:

Dribbles -- Ray Brewer says he's still coming to K-State, but he hasn't been given the OK from the NCAA Clearinghouse. "I have to finish up some paperwork," he said Tuesday. Brewer says he spoke with Coach Huggins on Tuesday, and the Maryland point guard thinks he'll be all set by Monday.... Herb Pope is at Arlington (Fla.) Country Day, and he's been there for about a week. Formerly of Aliquippa (Pa.) High, Pope is still in the plans for K-State, but his list of official visits -- Maryland, Louisville, UConn and Pitt -- is impressive in scope (five visits, including K-State) and strength (of the programs). His new teammate, A.J. Stewart, is also a K-State target. But because Michael Beasley is already committed, it's hard to imagine both Pope and Stewart, who is also being pursued by Kentucky and Illinois, ending up in Manhattan. That would create a logjam at forward.
