    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
Quote
“I have mixed emotions about leaving a great university and a great community,” Ronnie Chalmers said in a statement. “I want to thank all the staff and fans for their loyalty and support of the Chalmers family while we were here. Our goal was to come here and win a national championship, and we accomplished that. I have decided to move on to pursue other interests.”

The words of a man feeling used obviously.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

Dalonte isn't even really a package deal anymore. that dude is just good.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Also love how they are stealing money away from the average student to pay for athletics.

Oh wait, you don't care... you've never even been to Lawrence.

Just what exactly are you referring to with this statement?  As a current student at ku, I can tell you that the last thing this athletic department does is "steal" from its students.  The student senate made a deal with Perkins that we'd give up several hundred student seats in order to gain funding for a multi-million dollar addition to the student rec center.  The construction on the rec center is almost complete and will open by the time classes start.  ku students can buy a sports package for $150, which is an absolute bargain.

Seriously, where the f*** does this stuff come from?  In the rest of Kansas, making something up doesn't make it true.

Ben needs to read his tuition statement a little closer.

Damn . . . this kid ain't that smart is he??

Plus, it's extremely likely that additional fees for student housing will be passed on to all students living in student housing at ku, so the ku housing services will meet the "expedited" request (financed by bonds) of the athletic department and renovate jayslum tower B even though its almost exclusively used by athletes.
