I'm down with whatever. I can guarantee some cheap drinks at Tanner's in OP (119th and 69). My girlfriend is a server there and could probably hook some of us up.

I say we get Kilgore Trout's girlfriend fired and have her hook us up with the other waitresses. There's definitely some good looking waitresses at that Tanners.

Oh, it's not that we doubt the skills.

We only doubt the attractiveness of these board members while screaming at the television insanely in public, with beer involved, because KSU is either about to score, or KSU is about to let the other team score, or KSU is getting butt&@#%ed by the refs, or we're getting owned and we want to pretend we're getting butt&@#%ed by the refs.  But mostly the beer.  And the screaming.

'Hey baby, what's up?'

'Not much.'

'You're lookin kinda goo---MOTHER &@#%ER GET THE BALL!  JUMP ON THE BALL!  NOW GO GO GO GO GO AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!'

*Insert loud beer infested belch or puking session.*

Post of a fricking lifetime. That was the most accurate description of me watching a KSU football game minus the belching. However, when I'm standing on a bar stool doing my best Willie impression of K-S-U Wildcats every waitress has to be impressed.

Don't bash the owners.  They're manipulating Kansas fans and taking all their money.  They're even better fans than us...

I'm in Topeka, meeting at a place here then one in KC sounds good to me. How about old chicago, you through with your beer tour? One idea in Topeka would be pigskins, I think they have $1 drafts every night.

There's a place in KC like that, it's called Barley's.  They have around 100-110 or so taps, it took me about 3.5 weeks my first time through.
Fun stuff.

That's a great idea Saul.

Can we name these events KATPAK'R   events and have everyone interested tell us what chapter they belong to?

I know Rusty and I are KC KATPAK'R's, not sure about where everyone else interested is from- but it'd be cool to have a list w/ the calendar of who lives where- that way we'd have an idea of the spread of where makes the most sense to host them.

I live out in the country southwest of Wichita. I usually watch games at Players because it is easy to get to and has plenty of televisions.

If there is Wichita area KATPAK'R's events, I would be up for that.
