We tied for 124th with Oral Roberts, Washington and UW-Milwaukee. Obviously they're not looking over the entire history of the program.

From your link:

How do you rank the best college hoops programs in the modern era, since the 1984-85 season when the NCAA tournament expanded to 64 teams?

that's pretty much the perfect era for ku. they were trash before.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

...and the worst era of K-State basketball.  85 to 89 was still pretty good.  '90 to present: 3 NCAA appearances (1-3), 5 NITs and 10 years with no postseason at all  :yuck:

1952 NCAA Champions...  Lost the 1957 National Championship to UNC in triple OT.  Wilt Chamberlain.  Jo Jo White.  James Naismith.  Phog Allen.  Dean Smith.  Adolph Rupp.  Yeah... absolute trash.

It's a tremendous challenge here. I think it has the opportunity for the greatest turnaround in college football. It is not one to be taken lightly. ---------- Bill Snyder ( Nov 30th, 1988)

You must have been born in 1984/1985 and not taken any history classes in high school or college
