I had wanted to make it back to Manhattan to see Beasley play live but this event was a nice consolation. I think it airs on Sunday and it is actually a well written show hosted by Justin Timberlake(who by my surprise did a great job); I was laughing throughout the whole show. Also ran into Jim Leavitt, although I'm not quite sure why he was there. Justin Timberlake is a huge Memphis fan so a lot of the jokes are focused on Mario Chalmers who was sitting next to Beasley. The award Beasley was up for didn't get a lot of attention since the winner was put up on the screen without a presentation of the players that were nominated which was a little disappointing. Saw Tyler Hanborough at the food station with his intense motivation to eat a hot dog.
