RCDP Lt. kurt Moldrup said RCDP officers were making a routine patrol of the area when they witnessed Swift, senior in political science, push another individual with enough force to knock the offended off his feet. Moldrup said there was no indication Swift was defending himself in the push.

The guy he pushed was one of my friends. He's about 5-6 120 pounds. It wouldn't take that much force to knock him to the ground....I talked to him the next day and he doesn't remember any of it. Another good night in aggieville i guess
