South Park and Family Guy are basicly the greatest animated shows ever made (the simpsons definitly deserve a mention but i think SP and FG are far superiour) lets share the best of the best. I'll Start

Southpark- when mr. garrison gets his sex change and/or when he decides that he will be a man again.  the roids one was good too.

Family guy- when chris joins peace corps, Just before peter parachutes "colored still flies here so get your fill while you're there" or something to that effect.
