i hung out with the guy a little, and what he told me was prince wanted him to go there to see his skill, and prince said if he got over a 4.6 in his 40 time he would offer, he did and prince gave him offer, but he really leaning towards A&M right now but watch for him, he is a beast

he is a linebacker winters, not a running back
you'll have to excuse winters. he just recently learned the diffence between an o-lineman and a running back

Guess I'm with Winters.  Why would running OVER a 4.6 be the criteria?  Is it because if he runs lower RP figures other BCS schools will offer and make it a waiste of time once they're in on him?   I mean, if he's setting criteria, wouldn't it be "if you run UNDER a 4.7 we'll offer"?  Frackin weird to me.

i'm not saying i want the guy to run over a 4.6. i'm just saying it's not a bad time for linebackers and certainly not concidered slow. i mean would i love for all of our linebackers to run 3.2 forties while being over 300 pounds of muscle and  never missing a tackle but you only get so many specimends to work with like that. our specimend linebacker just happens to be at wide reciever.
