he might be a pretty good guitarist, but the single fact that every single I have heard from them is so very similar to Creed, I want nothing to do with it.

he might be a pretty good guitarist, but the single fact that every single I have heard from them is so very similar to Creed, I want nothing to do with it.

really?  personally i think they sound nothing like creed.  myles and stapp have no vocal similarities.  musically they've taken on a completely different sound than creed. mark has re-established the use of solo's in rock.  you wont find those "one finger, alternating between the bottom two string" solos anymore.  the guy's effing' insane.  now that they're getting older they are more self-sufficient and can write the music that they want.  plus, live they're bad ass.  last time i saw 'em live they took requests for a good 30 minutes and played every random song requested.

as far as it being completely safe, i haven't had any problems with it so far. they generally are just linked by people like you and me, with quite a lot of the links and downloads coming from music blogs and what have you. so i would say they are safe. there are a lot of other ways to get your music too, besides sordo, but it takes a while to find the sites that are of particular use for each person.

if i knew exactly what type of music you listen to i could definitely make some suggestions. pm me if you have any questions. you too waks.

p.s. sorry bout the Oink. there are a few other sites that are like oink that i am not a member of yet. when i do get invites i'll let the music crew know.
