Have you been to this place? http://crescentmoonalehouse.com/ with this place http://crescentmoonalehouse.com/haus/htmls/hh2.htm in the basement?

I went to CWS last weekend and ended up closing them down. Beers in glass boots just like Beerfest!!!! Also many Belgium beers upstairs.  Are these places cool or did I fall for some elegantly laid big city Omaha tourist trap  ?

Also ate at some place call Jamz- really good.

Sorry, the Boots are NOT for sale. They are hard to get - imported from Germany and can take as much as 4 to 5 months to get here. Plus, people are breaking WAY too many Boots for us to have any extras to sell...

If you want to be able to buy a boot, help us to make sure Boots are not getting broken, know when enough is enough and cut yourself off from the boot, or our staff will. If they keep getting broken we may run out of boots before we get in our next shipment.

Ya man!   That place is great.  Also hooked onto Beertopia (the booze store) where you can get all kinds of weird german (and other euro) beers.  The basement is pretty much it's like an annie maes firetrap camoflauged into a german joint.  Good place to end up (as Omaha has a bunch of non-good places where most visitors end up).  My grandmother went there with her old lady group.  She had a german beer and a jager shot.  She thought jager was some sophisticated German delicacy and the next day asked me if I had ever had it.  It was very lol as they let her keep the jager shot glass and she thought it was some special german drunking utensil.

This reminds me.  The day I turned 21 I was in Bowinkles getting sauced when my childhood babysitter was in there absolutely sh1thoused.  She bought me a shot of Soco and stole the shot glass for me to keep.

Nice! Also saw that they were having some kind of beerfest in a month or so. You pay a certain amount and drink lots o' beers. Would be fun but I'll probably hold out and go to this again this year http://www.kcbeerfest.com/ .

They had it on the roof of the parking garage. I thought it was decent location actually because of views and openness. I was surprised how many decent to above decent looking females were there last year. They gave you a glass that holds about three ounces and you go to town. Hundreds of beers and no wait.

What are the mpgs on that thing?  pm me if he thinks of selling.  Also some dimensions would be nice (I have a fat ass compared to your cat I think).
