No.  I'm saying when you have no other option but to go to a muslim school, that doesn't make you muslim, nor does it mean you were brought up muslim; what it does mean is that you would have a muslim "background" becuase being in a muslim school (and presumably being taught muslim tenets/principles) was part of your life.  And if his parents/dad did force him to go (as is alleged) then how is it his fault?  If he's "distancing" himself, it's because of mouth breathers like you who can't tell the difference.
