I honestly don't care what sort of politics you call your own, when a potential US President promises to criminalize the political decisions of his predecessors nothing good will result.  This is a tactic associated with tinpot dictators, juntas, and Marxist revolutionaries; not democracies.  And, apparently, Harvard Law School must no longer teach Constitutional Law.

Immunity for official acts while in office, if you don't like it sponsor an Amendment.

The U.S. President is subject to the laws of the U.S.  He is not king.  When they violate our laws they are subject to prosecution like anyone else.  Ratified Treaties are law.

Don't be such a tard.

Oh don't get me wrong KK, this is another feature of an Obama administration that I'm looking forward to.  I only hope he follows through, it'll bury the Democratic party for generations to come.

Some of you guys need to read the line of cases beginning with Spalding v. Vilas whose reasoning was more recently affirmed by Nixon v. Fitzgerald.  Consider that precedent in light of the powers of the Executive Branch and get back to me.

Republicans are interested in the "rule of law" until it turns out they are the ones breaking the law, then they aren't so fond of it.
