Upstream Brewery in Omaha is opening a distillary.  They had to have the laws of NE re-writen to allow distilling of spirits as it's been illegal to brew anything but beer since before prohabition in NE.  I don't drink booze but will prob. give it a taste once they have it up and running.

i'm close but switched to ketel one a couple years back.  ketel and soda.  used to go with a lemon until i saw a report about the large amount of fecal matter on fruit at bars.  i now just stick with ketel and soda mixed with a few shots of rumple to keep me honest.  tomorrow won't be here soon enough.
