Of course if he could figure out how to remove all of the oxygen and water vapor from the atmosphere then the sulphur dioxide he wants to release couldn't possibly form sulphuric acid.

But I tend to believe that we could solve most of the world's problem by merely removing all oxygen from the immediate vicinity of lefties.  No need to go global when small localized solutions will work just as well if not better.
