I was listening to TESH last night (intelligence...for your life) and he said that Almonds aren't nuts...they're actually fruits that are related to cherries.

He also said that exercising for a purpose, other than losing weight, will help you keep up your routine.

He also said that exercising for a purpose, other than losing weight, will help you keep up your routine.

Jesus, is he, like, made of good info or does he have some sort of amazing information machine that generates fresh new info for him constantly!?

sunflower seeds aren't even seeds, they're fruits also!!!!! I think the fruit people know that people don't really like fruit so they are secretly naming their fruits things liks seeds and nuts which they know people really really like. jmo.

Blue Diamond makes a brown sugar cinnamon almond that is very tasty if you want something a little sweet.  The vanilla bean is pretty good too, and they are both dry roasted.

Will give these a try.  Reg. ones are too meh for me.  Pistachios are also excellent.  Pecans are good.  Walnuts are prob. one of the best for you (omega 3 wise).
