I just noticed steve dave posted my company information as my signature. I understand fun and games, but you may be in for some trouble for that. My boss is crazy about spam and his network and he is a big baby about going after people with lawsuits. He threatens his own clients with it. Its a locally pwn3d shop by extremely Jewish family. Hope this ends well.

Posting company information is not illegal.
Unless he can show that such information causes any harm, not at all concerned about your boss. I've been threatened more than once and never had anything come of it because I'll call your bluff. I might get a letter or two, but my attorney will fire one back with a big LOL and that will pretty much be the end of it.
Not sure WHAT you did to make Steve Dave do it, but I'll find out what happened.

Believe me I am done here. I have a 7 month pregnant wife at home and your site is now messing with my work and possibly my child due to insurance though work. All I did was question what the award criteria was.

Yeah, it's a bluff and always will be. If anything comes from it, there is nothing he can do. I've been through this more than enough times and while you might like to think you're a lawyer, you're out of your zone in this situation. If you were, you'd know for a fact your boss would never win a case like this, REGARDLESS of what's in the user agreement.

If anyone is bluffing its the webmaster who doesnt have money to pay for bandwidth, but has a lawyer on standby.

I think your admins should review Rule #6 on your agreement for this site. I understand internet law isnt very enforceable, but you leave yourself wide open with the rules posted. Again, not a threat, just something you should think about with the rest of your problems with the site.

And since it's pretty clear you are completely ignorant on my situation with KSUFans, I think you'd best try and let that go. I'd hate to embarrass you completely with facts against your weak smack.
Rule #6 is about recording IP addresses.. not sure why you are bringing that up.

Steve Dave took my IP address, tracked it to my office, posted all the work information and asked the board to send thinks to it. Clearly that is not what the IP address is provided for.
Doesnt take a genius to figure out that is not only unethical behavior but possibly liable. Im not a lawyer and Im not going to act like one. My boss is no scary man. Just very caught up in his own world. One that is not worth the battle on either of us just because you have a herd of power starved admins.

How many times do I have to say it? I could care less. He wants to start trouble, I have no problem with him giving it his best shot. In the end, if he's stupid enough to try it, so be it. The problem is more along the lines of why are you on it when you're supposed to be working. Seems to me, at the end of the day, you're the one going to have more explaining to do than I am.

Didnt mean to drag this out. I honestly thought you would appreciate the heads up of what may or may not go down because of steve. I had not noticed his actions until I arrived home so I did not know what may have gone through to my employer. Didnt think you would get defensive and try to pull the bigshot card. You sounded like you were rational about this behavior being unethical. I should have known that wasnt the case from the way this site is run.

I'm not being defensive at all. You're not getting it. I'm not at all concerned about what your "boss" may do. That's the whole point of this. You're trying to tell me he's going to go apecrap to me, and I'm saying he can do whatever he wants. I'm not afraid of him, period. So if he decides to try and make my day more difficult, a quick little "Well, do what you got to do, sport" comment will pretty much end the entire discussion. In the end, like everyone else that's tried to throw their boss/father/relative ego's at me, I just laugh.
In the end, I could give a rats ass. I've seen this dozens of times already, your situation is no different. You tried to warn me about something that will have zero impact on me. Period.

I sent you a PM asking why your site was attacking me and my personal life. Not only did you condone the actions, you defended it, then threatened me with a lawyer. I talked with my boss. He told me to not participate on such unprofessional sites. I agreed and told him I would not anymore. Im cleared. Then I noticed after you and my discussion that my profile had again been violated by your site. I have no clue how much further you will take it. So I had to do something to protect myself and family. I dont have a lawyer like you, so I called my Dad to get advice from his. Unlucky for you, it turns out you and your business are located in my home town. You should have checked my IP addresses closer before messing with my personal life. If you did (or now that you will) you will notice a Desert Mountain location in north Scottsdale. I told my father I would again try to see if you would cease this inappropriate behavior. I told him this is too stupid of a situation for me to have to get him or anyone else involved. Clearly you would understand that you and Steve Dave are in the wrong with this behavior. Looks like I was wrong in my assumption. You have continued this charade. Next step is my father explaining to the other Phoenix businessmen why he has to skip a day on the course, head down the 101 and see why some scumbag is attacking his son and grandchild. Its a matter of right and wrong. I feel as though your site is targeting me. Clearly the case. I feel as though my privacy has been violated. From your behavior now, mocking and laughing at me, I feel as though it will continue.
