Hands down it's what I like to call "greasy scramble eggs." Quite simply you brown a pound of ground up sausage and DO NOT drain the grease. While sausage is cooking, beat 6 to 8 eggs adding a bit of milk or cream; some pepper; and any other seasonings you like. add beaten eggs to sausage and scramble. Once cooked lower temperature to warm setting and add PLENTY of shredded cheese (colby jack is the best, imo) cover pan with lid to allow cheese to melt. Serve it up with some toast with REAL BUTTER, and you have yourself an amazing meal. It's artery clogging goodness.
Another good one is a peanut butter sandwich with warm pancakes instead of bread.
