Xavier game was good but then disappeared.

Was FB a good  3 point shooter in HS?

What did you think of his defense?

He's not acclimated to the college game.  He has some nice moves, but does not know when to use them.  His defense is suspect.  He's really accurate at the 3, but has such a low release he has to be wide open to hit anything.  It rushes his shot.  In high school all of these guys were gods, and now that they're battling with real athletes, like all freshman they are struggling.  But for a crop of freshmen, this has been fantastic.  I think Fred will be a good junior.  Anderson too.  Pullen will start being marquee next year, and then be untouchable after that.

Brown will be a good contributor and a solid player by his senior year. I can't wait to see our guards in two years with Pullen and Brown. Gonna be solid with them and Anderson on the block and Sutton playin the 3.

Fred Brown has got to be one of the weirder guards I've ever seen.

He's got good athleticism, but his shot is just weird..It's like he shoots from his hip.  And when he's on, he's on, and when he's off, it's not even close.  And for some reason the dude just can't make layups.  Just a really odd guard.

The shot is a confidence thing.  He's lights out in warm-ups.  It also depends on how set up the play is and whether he is contested.  When you shoot that low, it has to be a well run play.
