duringthe Wisconsin game.  Tv people talked that up.  First they said they were scouting the game before they saw they were both looking down at their phones  text messaging.

Definitely recruiting.

They were not texting recruits, they were texting family who were congratulating them on the big win.  Nothing to see here.

pretty sure they banned texting recruits, did they not? or did they just slow it down so it's not exempt from the contact rule?
