Beasley is headed to play for Huggie Bear- Bob Huggins at Kansas State. Huggins was on hand for both DC Assault games we watched today.
Beasley showed excellent improvement from last year. He appears to have grown an inch and looks a lot leaner and quicker. He's an almost surefire one and done top 5 pick type talent, He's extremely feisty and with his 6-9 athletic frame, he's too talented for anyone to stop on this level.
Beasley put on an aerial display flushing a number of open dunks and creating baskets with his excellent post skills. He's an inside outside type of forward ala Carmelo Anthony, although Beasley jumps higher but lacks Anthony's first step.
