Everyone calm down a minute and lets begin to think logically and without limit. We have Michael Beasley, we need to enjoy every second anyway. It is officially tourney time. It is official anything can happen and get caught up with the miracle at hand. I really think we have a shot to be the team of miracles beginning next friday. We have the talent, obviously. We have the correct mindset it takes to desire a championship as well. I think beginging friday night we are going to see the stars shine bright. I think Beasley is going to play out of his mind on the offensive and defensive side of the ball. I think Bill Walker is going to get hot, and stay cool. We just saw what Pullen can bring to the game with his commissionable offensive output. Ron Anderson can get rebounds and play reliable defense. D. Sutton 23 is eye catching athletic and a thief on the court. Blake Young gives athletic huslte and toughness to our young team. It is absolutely clear we have to play to win with Pullen, instead of playing not to lose with the painstaking Clent Stewart. Stewarts head might be in another place, and respectfully so, but loss in on autopiolet when he takes the court! We have to be more opportunistic shooting three pointers from deep, and Walker obviously can't shoot figuratively or litteraly. Beasley needs 25 shots a game. Walker needs 14-18 shots , if hot at all. Pullen needs 7-10 shots a game, along with Blake Young and D. Sutton geting 16 dynamic points. Clent plays minutes, and with the amount that he does, it shouldn't be questionable to expect 8 points a game. We need to let Beasley carry our team, but everyone has to play and accept their roles change each game depending on match ups, but the one constant needs to be hustle-defense! It is tourney time lets go!

    The very best.
We are going nowhere if our starting PG keeps shooting 20%, and having a 1-1 ratio.

Pathetic.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

Clent Stewar's PG play has certainly not been commissionable, and i hope PG -JP is rewarded with more offensive opportunity.

NCaa tournament is overrated in finding who the better team is.

You do need big men to get easy buckets but you need 'balance'. Good outside shooting and rebounding and easy buckets. Need the sharpshooters to make teams play fair.

Even Wooldridge beat ku at ku because we just packed it in and 'forced' them to shoot 3's.

Ncaa= giant 3 point shooting contest.

Drake may go on a run if they can keep penetrating and getting to the basket.

    warm up the EMAW
you know what helps in the NCAA?  A point guard.  You know someone who can bring the ball up the court with a little pace, distribute the ball, run a 3-1 and get a layup, not sh1t all over themselves when someone applies a little ball pressure.

It ain't asking much.  Clent can't do that, and he can't hit 33% as a sg from 3.  What the hell do you do with that?

dude how much sand did you get in there? I really hope we can get it all out one day

So why do you still have us out?  Is it all the years of K-State getting screwed over-ness that is just letting loose?  I mean most people have at least 5 big 12 teams, who do you think K-State wont be one of them?

Yeah. I would say "it was funny to begin with, but..."....but it wasn't. Pretty pointless waste of thread space imo.

Sorry, I really would love to get another shot at ku.  They match up so horribly against us.

More or less annoying than my calling 10-6 in Big XII play prior to the conference opener?   :billypopcorn:

Drake's tallest player is 6'-8". They are in big trouble when they run into a team w/ taller guards and any inside game on a quick turnaround.

We would shut them down by running a "Jack Hartman" 3-2. So when they face someone for the Big 12, ACC or Big East, etc. it will be extremely difficult for them.

Has A&M destroyed anyone this season?  It's possible we could lose, but they are too slow and stupid to run away from anyone.
