Anyone have a recap of what he said or a summary.  Apparently he really hammered Beasley and Walker while talking to Kietzman and hammered our team, weird considering we just kicked his alma mater's a**.

He was a little critical of Walker's defense and overall poise of our team on the road.  What really bothered me was that he thinks Hansbrough should be NPOY.   There should be no way that happens.

Thanks for the help, well all credibility is lost with him now, I hate Sunvold and I've liked him for a long time.  The other day he was on KMAN, Friday I believe before the Mizzou game and he listed the games he's watched this year and said he wasn't very impressed, here's the games he said he's scene:  George Mason, Texas Tech, at Mizzou, at Xavier, and Notre Dame.  Well no wonder, he's watched all of our losses, fracking idiot

Sundvold didn't watch ku vs. Kstate in Bramlage? Either an idiot or a liar....I think both.

oh, I am sure he caught that one!   I really respect Kietzmann and love listening to his show as a fellow graduate, but sometimes he just has to suck up to the guests a little too much.  I guess you have to with his job, but I just could not handle that Sunvold interview.  Sunvold has been super critical of us all year, we maul his team, and nothing he has to say is positive.  Then Kietzmann applauds him for bringing it.  My ass!

Off topic, but what is wrong with him? He has some red around his ear and some kind of glove on his right hand.

Sunvold does not have a vote.  Gary Parrish at CBS wrote this today and does have a vote (Wooden award).

Player who deserves improper benefits: Michael Beasley got 40 points and 17 rebounds in Kansas State's 100-63 blowout of Missouri on Saturday that solidified Beasley as the obvious pick for National Player of the Year. Still, the freshman wasn't happy. "I missed 10 shots," Beasley said after going 12-of-22 from the field. "I could've done better." Nebraska better hope not. That's what is up next.

It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

When you are whipping ass, people are going to take shots.  That's life.

Especially this guy who has a really bad inferiority complex.  Being a mu grad that is just natural.  Only school in a populace state and has never won crap in anything.

QFT.  Although "Sunny" is still bitter about MU not going after Huggins and KSU getting him.

Since Howard (Sirius subscriber) is on vacation this week, I actually caught most of that segment.  Sundvold was truthful, discussing the talent of Walker as well as Walker's walking down court in the same game (TTech).  It was fair criticism, but Sundvold was also full of crape in some of his commentary.

(Paraphrase) The NBA looks at how hard a guy plays.  When his team is down 15, does he continue to play with fire.  Walker does not.  NBA scouts take notes.  And they notice things like that. If a team is picking a player and they have a choice between a much more talented 6'6" unlimited potential player (Walker) or another player of similar stature but less talent who plays hard for 40 minutes, the franchise will take the the player who plays hard"/ (end paraphrase)

So I immediately thought of a guy like Darnell Jackson.  Would an NBA franchise pick a (hard working) player with limited talent over a guy with unlimited potential (Walker)?  I think not.  But you never know.

His criticism of Beaz was less fair.  But still true.  Sundvold's major claim was that Beaz did some on court jawing with his teammates (true) and failed to bring his best game when on the road (XU, ND, TTech.)  That Hansbrough brought it every night and that he did it on the road as well as home.

The best part is how in most threads on Peehog.net that involve UNC in general and Hansbrough in particular the phoggies just trash Hanborough.  "He travels"!!!.  "He gets all the calls"!!!  "He flops"!!!  But when it comes down to H'bro or Beaz, they speak of Hansbrough as though he were one of their own.

Pretty funny.
