I don't like them because of how they look so much as how it sets us apart.  I think they could incorporate the cat scratches to where they didn't look so big and obvious but still keep the idea.  Everybody has stripes.

terrible analogy imo. All I'm saying is uniqueness in branding can go a long way in a sport that is full of the same look, especially at a school like Kansas State.

Looks good but the two outside stripes are one color (purple) and the middle stripe is another (black or white).  The stripes wrap around the shorts sooner then later (like you have it).  The power cat is too big.
