ku hasn't played a good team on the road since the USC game, or maybe the Georgia Tech game. This will be an entirely different atmosphere than what the ku players have seen all year.

I remember. It wasn't even a good K-State team and we didn't make the tourney. We beat the bastids three times that year because it was a terrible ku team. Ted Owens really sucked -- looked good early in his career but got exposed. I think that's going to be Self's career path.

NO McDAA ku turns into KSU from the past 20 years.  Coaching doesn't matter recruiting does in ku's book.  Thats why they haven't won the NC over the last 20 yrs.  Sure they get the wins in the reg season but when they face well coached teams they crumble.
