Dude, I have known Stunner for a long time. Did you not notice that he said when you look back in his threads he's obviously a husker fan. That is the first clue that he is joking. you haven't been around long enough to be able to recognize Stunner's sarcasm but it will come a lot in the future. The general concensus around here is that you like the huskers. I dont know where it came from (I think MJ started it) but maybe it is because of how much you complained about the whole brooke berringer incident or how you complain about Prince because you tend to recite the same things that all of the Huskers do on HI. Maybe if you posted in Huggieville (a place that negativity cannot really be spoken because Huggs hasn't done anything wrong with our program) and posted positive stuff because if you are a K-State fan you have to be happy about what Huggs is doing, this concensus would change. Just a suggestion because I do not think you haev posted there yet and it is kind of funny because that is where most of the traffic is. That is where a K-State fan would want to post the most due to our recent success in recruiting and what not.

I don't hate nebraska, or any team for that matter.  I don't think that to like one team you have to hate another.  I enjoy college football and if the KSU game isn't on tv then I will watch Nebraska, or Iowa State or kansas.  I never have seen a more paranoid group of people in my life.  yes I took exception to the brutal comments directed at a fine young man who passed away 10 years ago, a fine young man that grew up about 15 miles or so from where I grew up.  Most people would also find those comments disgusting.  just because I find disgusting and immature comments disgusting and immature doesn't mean I don't like KSU football.  you guys don't reprsent KSU football.


as for what I am saying about Prince I suppose you could find some of the same things on Hi, but you can also find them on gopowercat.com or the scout site posted by ksu fans who are not dillusional or afraid to call a spade a spade.  that doesn't make them more or less of a cat fan.  If anyone has an opinion and they can back it up with reasonable comments thats fine.  iti sn't like I am saying prince is an idiot because he werars white sneakers and good coaches only wear black ones.

Typically you root for one team and don't like some others. I still watch the Huskers and the Hawks, I still want them to lose though. I cheer for most big 12 teams except for the Huskers and the Hawks. Being a K-State fan kind of bring you to not liking the both of those. You can say positive things about NU even but you never post anything positive about K-State that is the thing! You don't post in Huggieville because you cannot bash K-State there unless you want to be a broken record and talk about how Huggs is a thug.

I don't know all of the comments that were made about the guy but first off making fun of a dead guy is not bad.  It is the same as making fun of someone that is alive. It depends on what youare saying about the guy sure (if you make fun of the fact that he died or how he died then it can be bad) but if you just say something like he has bad hair or some other comment that is not the worst thing in the world. Death happens all of the time and you cannot let it destroy your ability to enjoy life. My saying brook berringer is still dead was not that out of line. Apparently you think it was an abomination but i doubt that that many huskers would get so p.o about it. they might say they are but I don't see it being that big of a deal. If he said brook berringer is a douche bag or a tool or something then you might be crossing the line a little bit but just give it a rest, it has been talked about.

It isn't that you don't like Prince, Stunner HATES Prince. It is that you cannot ever say anything positive about Kansas State that leads us to believe you are a Husker because you say the exact same things as him when they are ludicrous remarks. Like that the coaches being friendly wiht a player is bad. This is very very good. It would be differnet if they went to aggieville with the players and threw back shots with them but that is not what they are doing. A problem with Snyder was that if a player had a problem they didn't feel like the could go and talk to him, that is something that Prince encourages the players to do. That is somethign that a coach should be like. Coaches should be like second fathers to there players. Kids can have fathers that they have fun with and kid around with but that doesn't mean that the father won't come down and come down hard on the kid if the kid acts up. You can bash on his recruiting because of the stars or whatever but you don't really know how good of a coach Prince will be. That is why I think it is ridiculous to complain about Prince when he could end up being a God. Wait till the season starts before you complain so heavily about him and for once say something positive about K-State and maybe you will get more respect around here. (also, if you hate it so much, then why do you stay around here? these are questions that we ask and come to the conclusion that you must stay because you enjoy flaming which leads us to believe that you have to be part of a different fan base).

a great majority of the countrys population would disagree with that.  as far as whats said, there is alot more than just saying he is still dead.  there were some very disgusting remarkds, pictures of skelatons  etc etc.  Also, it keeps getting brought up to me, I have tried to stop talking about it.  I posted my objections and that was it.

I have not said anything ludicrous.  every complaint I have is reasonable.  I also never said they couldn't be friendly, but there is such thing as a players coach and players coaches more often than not fail in the end

true, and in many cases these players don't have real fathers and never had fathers.  But the coach absolutely needs to make sure there is that line they don't cross.

I'm not bashing his coaching, just the levrel of talent he has commited so far.  Allthough I think it would have been nice for him to be on the field with his players the first half of the spring game, other than that I think he has the players believing in what he is selling and team unity is high right now.
