Nope.  Just because it's broadcast on ESPNHD doesn't mean the game itself will be broadcast in HD.  Any game on ESPN will be broadcast on ESPNHD.  The game will be broadcast on ESPNHD in SD.

You actually have to get robot eyes to experience Ch. 620 at full capacity. Human eyes are incapable of seeing at that high a resolution.

i've been drinking... so please help me!  doesn't that link say we play aTm SUNDAY at 6:00pm (5:00pm CST), while the schedules i've seen say SATURDAY at 3:00pm CST?  is that a re-broadcast in HD?

Well your right it's not in true HD, but it will still be a better quality picture on espnhd channel than regular the espn channel, and then to watch it on a hd television.

color is better on the espn hd channel, but the "definition" is the same.  I was just flippping back and forth during PTI.
