Not sure why Nike is putting mock turtlenecks on our boys.  I think the overall shape of those jerseys is fugly.  As are the "cat scratches."  I am a traditionalist, though.

i actually like them, only thing i don't care for is the tight neck line, not condusive for wiping sweat from the brow.

Yeah, you wouldn't think the players would like them. Wouldn't it be stifling compared to old-school jerseys?

At any rate, here are all the jerseys redone with FAN's font:

Nice work. I personally don't like the scratches, but Nike might, so that might be what they look like.

I don't think the overall design will change a lot.  I like the scratches b/c of the branding associated with it.  Its unique to us and when you see it on TV you automatically know its K-State.  The only real change I made was the K-STATE over the numbers and a more form fitting jersey (based on Syracuse from last year).  We'll see.  Afeli has really hit the weights in the offseason.

If they're going to have the scratches, I'd like them to be a little thinner, and I want to play around with making them "random"; i.e., not the same exact shape repeated. If you can do that while at work, go for it. :)

I personally like how our football unis keep the "k-state" small in context to the overall size of the jersey. just my imho.

Hey, we're amateurs.  Plus, I think a key difference will be the fit of the jersey.

ECN. Bro. Read before posting plz.

Thank Nike. I'm not modeling my dream jerseys; just trying to guess what ours really will look like. If you didn't guess already, these are just a variation of OU's new jerseys.

As I look at all the teams with the new unis, starting with the initial 4 (Zona, Florida, Ohio State, and Syracuse) it looks like the jersey designs are pretty simple and the shorts keep some aspect of the "normal" designs.  Here's another stab in the dark.

Actually, I think it will be the K-State he used in the first pic.  This is the font that's on the jerseys and most Nike apparel now.

umm...no. The font used is called California Grotesk.

Check the jerseys again.  Or most Nike apparel.  In particular look at the "S".

you're right.....me ->  :bitchslap: <- you. California Grotesk is what the Ath. Dept. has been using in print (posters, media guides, etc.)....why can't we pick one font and stick w/ it?

The Europa font is Nike and Nike only I believe.  I suppose they won't let us use it outside their apparel, so we probably got something fairly close.

    The very best.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.
