Scenario:  K-State beats ku and guarantees that we play in the conference tourney title game.  Is the conference champ guaranteed a spot in the NCAA tournament regardless of the RPI standings?

I'd suggest you ask the BCS selection committee.

Undefeated in conference play?

Absolutely.
It is a tragedy because now, we have at least an extra month without Cat football until next year. I hate wasting my life away but I can hardly wait until next year.

    I miss him ^^
It is seriously going to take someone's A++ game to beat us in conference.  We gave up one LUCKY 3 pointer in the second half.  That's it.  If we keep that up we are going to win every second half we play.   :ksu:

If we don't make it to the Sweet 16 at least, I'll be disappointed.

I've been a cat fan all my life, through the good and bad years. I'll be in my seat wearing purple for every game but if you honestly think we are going to win a NC you are crazy and should go see a doctor. We make so many young mistakes, and we don't have the option of waiting for these players to mature, by that time it will be to late and they will be in the NBA. At least they can say they stopped by the little apple.

It's pessimistic crap like this that keeps the team from reaching its full potential.  The blame lies squarely on you if we lose again this year thus ruining our magical ride.

Is this a joke? Kstate is probably 5-6th at best in the Big XII

I wouldn't be surprised if we could possibly win a #3 seed after we win the Big 12 Title. We got a shot to go deep in the NCAA tournament.

I bet Beasley and Walker stay...

Beasley will stay because he is still a kid, not quite ready for the NBA culture yet. Also, his mom will want him to stay one more year.

There is no way Beasley is staying.

I nominate the last 4 posts as "Posts of the Month" :dancin:

We will hold an invitation only caucus at the end of the month before awarding the winner their Katpak.

K-State is already half way there. 10 wins. 10 more and we're in. That's easy. I'm projecting 25 wins. 3 seed.
I heart Beasley.

There is no way Beasley is staying only 3 years...

Fixed.  The only question is do we win 3 NC's or 4 in his time here?
"Kids used to hit him and stab him with pencils," says Harley Bennett, Jason's father. "Finally I told him he had to stick up for himself. Jason is not a violent person. One day he hit one of the kids back and got suspended."

a bit of clarification... by "NC's" do you mean non-conference games?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.
