What sucks most..
is knowing we're indirectly responsible for ku's success this season.  DAMN YOU BILL SNYDER!  For hiring Mangino, for mentoring Mangino, for promoting Mangino, for hiring and mentoring Stoops, for letting Stoops hire away and mentor Mangino, and for starting the chain of events that lead to Mangino being at ku.  You should have just left him to be a toll booth worker at Pitt.  :flush:

Dont blame Snyder for K-State not going after Mangino after Snyder retired.  For everyone that said Kansas got lucky last week and would be exposed the next week time after time this year.  I just want to say thank you for making the 12 victories that much sweeter.  I honestly wouldnt care if you guys finally broke the basketball streak this year.  If you guys do break the streak this year, just remember who went 12-1 and who went 5-7.  But let me guess, we never played anybody and half those wins were flukes.  I better get some sleep, Ive got a flight in the morning.  You guys enjoy the next 7 months.  But hey, Josh Freemans gonna get even bigger next year, right?

Conference championship > any single season achievement in football outside of a national championship. Reason why 2003 was a better year than 1997.

Never ceases to make me laugh.

In basketball when ku wins the conference but chokes out in the 1st round of the NCAA tourney, winning the conference is more important.   Then in the oppossite situation, the NCAA is more important.

When KSU was going to 11 or 12 straight bowls including multiple "New Years Day" Bowls ku fans told us it was no big deal because KSU wasn't winning the conference but one time.  It's been 41 years since ku tied for a conference championship but of course ku fans say a BCS bowl win is more important.
