Per live interview and Koby comments......Harper said Mizzu in the mix and he has had conversation with them. Maryland is also an option said his parents did not want him to go to KSU for fear of coaching changes...

pretty funny that Harper will end up not seeing the field as a QB for 2 years if he goes to illinois and he'll have to battle up to 3 other QB's at oregon (looks like T. Pryor is looking at the Ducks too).  and if he is looking at MU they'll have to decide who will be the man after Daniel is gone (be it Gabbert or Harper).  oh yeah, frack you franklin.
