Stupid work email

This one was sent to 599 people.  Based on the replies, it looks like it wasn’t actually intended for quite a few of them.  Including me.  BFD, right?

We are conducting a security review of the Sales Management System.  In order to retain your access you must respond to this e-mail by DECEMBER 26 and provide a brief explanation of how you utilize this system in your current job role.

If we do not hear from you, we will take steps to disable your access on December 31

I am not sure that I should be on this list.

I dont think everyone needs to reply to everyone on these emails ,   I am sure that might be of interest to the sender but not everyone .

I used this while to look up writing agents for groups to determine if they were authorized to receive/discuss group issues.  However, I no longer use it in my current position.

Just wondering why people are still replying to all on this issue.............

Please don't send out anymore of this email unless it is from the sender.   All of your emails  locked up my system and I had to shut down atleast 10 programs I had open.  I WAH and it take atleast 15 mins to shut everything down and log back on into everything.  Please be mindful and considerate of your co-workers with unnecessary email. 

It is time consuming and it makes us lose minutes of production.

Working at Sprint, this type of thing happens a few times a year and I love it when it does.
I get giddy when the "PLEASE DON'T REPLY TO ALL" people get going, replying to all, not to reply to all. 
I also especially like it when people tell 600 people at the same time "i'm not sure I should be on this list"
Why not just delete the email and forget about it?
