I love the Chiefs but hate their dipcrap money decisions. Now we're handcuffed under the salary cap because our egotastic loudmouth running back held out of the entire summer camp and preseason because he wanted more money. sigh.

I'm hoping LJ's foot nags him and Kolby Smith takes over as our new back.

P.S. Yes, I know, it was Oakland's horrible defense...but it was still a solid performance for a first game rookie.

umm actually they have a really great run defense, giving up the 6th least yards per game.

Oaklands run defense is giving up an average of 5ypc to the nfl this year.  In game 1 LJ had 4.66 ypc against oakland.  Today Kolby Smith had 4.86 ypc.  Not numbers that jump out at you against such a porous run defense.  Everyone thought LJ was getting back on track against oakland in the first game, only to turn around next week and return to reality that the oline simply cant block, and that you cant expect RBs to be successful with any regularity behind this line.  Next week KS will likely struggle to break 70 yards rushing and this conversation will have proved to be pointless.

    THE b IS NOT CAPITALIZED
I hope the Chief's dont' win another game.

I'll take the high draft picks.

Or Carl Peterson being fired.

Or Herm being fired.

I'd trade LJ for a third round pick. I'd trade him for a bag of Doritos.
I'm telling you, this is not ANYTHING like the team from the beginning of conference play. You will see no more blowouts like what happened in OOC.  If we lose, it will not because these kids gave up, and it will be at the buzzer. -Rodless, before 97-70

This thread stinks of LFBIQ.

That comment does.

Chiefs should have traded LJ when they could have gotten top value for him, before this season.  A top running back behind a lousy o-line is worthless.
