The fake SPC is Red Dane. 

I spent a lot of time researching this.  Originally, I thought it was Merle, and was led to believe that it was him, but after more digging, and tracking, it was revealed that Red Dane was the culprit.

Once NU loses to KSU this year... the fake SPC will disappear, and the real one will bask in the glory.
