    This ZERO is my Hero
I didn't read it, but the title said, "Finau still excited."  Which makes me think back to what I thought Saturday...does this NU loss hurt recruiting?
Apparently, the GPC staff thought enough to call this recruit(a DT we desperately need), how many other recruits start to rethink their commitments?
Especially, if we lose the next two, and lose them badly...I am going to start to worry.

I think that they are selling PT big time for these guys, plus they can say, look how close we were this year.  there was also an update on a big juco DT, Leroy Burgess, though I don't know much about him other than he's big.

It's going to hurt us more with the local kids.  The kids from from farther away are more removed from the losses and negative attention.  We won't land crap for Kansas kids this year though.

They were, arguably we were just a few impact players on defense from winning them.

Listen, it is what it is, we lost them and we lost them all because the defense sucks.

Local recruiting will always be about even between ku and KSU IMO.

Jesus Christ, that is an amazing indictment of the KSU coaching then, I am wrong?

It was always about even when Snyder was winning 11 games a year, don't know why that would change significantly.

I am referring to the COACHING not the RECRUITING.  Your statement means that Ron and his crew are the difference.

You've honestly lost me.

I am not trying to be cute here.

If our recruiting isn't much different than Mizzou and ku, then what explains the performance difference?

We were talking specifically about in-state recruiting.

Obviously, Snyder had horrible recruiting overall his last three classes.  But in Kansas, it has been about the same, even when KSU was awesome and ku sucked.

Did we win them?

Don't fracking talk to me about "winnable" games.

Yeah and we all ROFL'd at uk making excuses about just missing out on winnable games last year.

Yeah looks like they weren't very close either.

I agree, the ku game was farther than the score indicated.  We got a gift late and weren't stopping them in the 2nd regardless.
