The answer is a resounding yes for me.

My grandfather is a ku fan.  He won't shut up.  My grandmother is an MU fan.  She won't shut up either.  Living in KC suxx right now as a K-state fan.  But I guess MU and ku fans had to put up with our success in the dod so they deserve to talk a little smack.

I think I might go to the ku/Mizzou game just so I can make fun of the losing fanbase.  It will make me feel better.

Hell yeah it does.  Three of my coworkers have ku football wallpapers up on their desktops.  I try to talk football with them and all 3 admit to never have been to any of the games or know anything about the players.  This is Overland Park.  You know, a hop and a skip down 10 from Lawrence.  BLEAH.

My prediction is that ku gets owned by Mizzou and then the SOS gets dragged back out and ku's hopes of having respect at the end of the season go swirling down the drain.  Better yet is if we somehow knocked off Mizzou and then they beat ku, ku still goes to the Big12 game, gets owned by OU and then gets mocked by every analyst on TV.  I think they'll be eating Purdue sized sh1ts by the end of the year.

Sure, but that's what happens between rival fanbases.  When Snyder was in Manhattan, it was fashionable for ku fans to deride the weakness of KSU's OOC scheduling.  Now that it's working in our advantage, by a guy employing a system he learned under Snyder, we love it.  It's the way the world works.

It's no more hypocritical than the KSU fans who call ku's schedule "a joke."

No one is defending the cupcake non-con schedule.  That's what the coaches felt was best for the team.  It looks like it worked out well considering Kansas is 10-0 and #4 in the AP/Coaches polls.

I really could care less.  K-State was an established program winning 11 games a season when you were playing cupcakes year in and year out.  Kansas is playing on the road at South Florida next season during the non-con.  Bottom line is that Kansas is 10-0 and #3 in the BCS.
