Today was the straw that broke the camels back for me. Some of you may remember me from the gopowercat, that pussy

fitzgerald got tired of the truth about our teams and kicked me off.
Having witnessed every game in person over the last 10 years I have never seen a 3 game stretch like the last 3. There is absoultely no emotion from this team, from warm ups to the final buzzer 99% of this team looks like they are heading to a quantum physics class instead of getting ready to play a football game. As much as we would all like to blame the players for this, it is not necessarily their fault, its coaching and failing to recruit young people that can develop into the leaders you need to have a successful football program. Some of you may say that since he's only had one real recruiting class and we should wait, I don't think you are off base. The only thing I can say to that is he is trying to make Freeman a leader, he isn't a natural leader and that won't change, but Prince will never change his thinking that leaders are made, not born.
Failure to secure recruits that can lead a football team isn't the only problem, actually it may be the least of our problems. While it's true that, and no one can really say otherwise, that our offensive and defensive lines are very poor at best, that is no excuse for the fact that that there is not continual development of our lineman's skills in any phase of either run or pass blocking, or getting off blocks, rip and swim techniques for the defensive line. In fact I dare say at this juncture those skills among the offensive lineman are actually diminishing! Stepping with the wrong feet, not taking proper angels, leaning into your blocks and pass protection, not keeping your head on a swivel, just knowing who you are to block on every play, all have been getting worse by the game the last three games. Outside of Jordy there is no development in the WR's to run clean routes and catch the ball. The tight ends are still very poor blockers and have suspect hands, and the rb's seem to be stuck at one skillset level.
I think you have to ask yourself are the players getting better everyday? I say no, and its been a consistent no, time to move on and get a coach with a proven track record of being a winner and developing players, that is not Prince.
