I wonder what that tool Keitzman will say about this. Before the season started he was trumpeting how Prince doesn't tolerate any stuff like this; pretty much promising he would be off the team.

What Norwood gives us as a receiver is immediately sacrificed by his pathetic pass protection and run blocking.  BUT, we need another set of hands in the middle of the field more than we need another pass blockers....sooooo, I guess this is a positive thing.
