Does anyone know if USC was handed any sanctions by the NCAA today. I know that the NCAA had a meeting with the guy who handed the Bush family hundreds of thousands of dollars but i didn't hear what the outcome of the meeting was.

they are still investigating.

once that is complete they will issue a letter to usc so that they can respond to any charges listed.

then a hearing will be scheduled.

then they will hand down any penalties.

then usc will appeal.

then a final determination will be made.

will take at least another year.

GOCATS!!!!

And at the end of it all, no matter how egregious the violations, the NCAA will bend over backwards to dismiss all charges (or perhaps the lightest tap on the wrist) since USC is a 'glamour' program.

I recently heard AT LEAST 6 more months before any ruling.  So, your "at least another year" seems reasonable especially considering how much $ is involved or alleged.
