After this display of complete ineptitude against a 1-8 team, I honestly have to ask if our program is getting better or worse. The wins against Texas now seem extremely unimpressive.

I am a dyed in the wool KSU fan and will always support our teams. But seriously, take a good hard look at our football team and ask yourselves if we were better last year.

we are clearly a better team than last year.
Our offense is better, our run D is still crap.

Get used to seasons like this, we're not going to be consistently good again until we can run the ball. The WCO blows. It doesn't work well at the college level. I think we've had more rushing attempts then passing attempts one or two times this year. At least every week will be interesting.

You beat me to it. The WCO works - much like the triangle offense in BB, but you need you team to function at a reasonably high level. We are the 13-3 chefs - and in the end it is the same result, you need defense or you will not win.

This is true, however, USC talent is not working through the door at K-State anytime soon. You can run the statue of liberty offense with the players they get and compete for the national title. At K-State you are going to need to be a bit more innovative. I like Prince, hopefully he will make some adjustments.

P.S. Totally agree about the defense as well, thats a whole other story.
