    The "other" KSU
What in the hell is going on here? Our defense sucks donkey coc|<s, our special teams are special like Jerry's Kids are "special" and finally our offense is Josh Freeman and Jordy Nelson.

I have been able to find some kind of news good/bad, you choose:

Our Conf Games have gone in a pattern

UT - W
ku - L
CU - W
OSU - L
BU - W
ISU - L
NU - ?
MU - ?
Fresno - ?
every other week we win, if we keep this ridiculousness up we should still be 7 - 5 (counting Fresno). So, that would mean that there has been no improvement as a whole since last year - and here is another prediction, we lose whatever bowl game we go to, as I cannot see this inconsistancy going away.

Today is a very dark day to be a KSU fan. If we dont do SOMETHING with defensive recruiting - next year will look horrible.

I think we'll lose out, but I'm melting down right now and generally pessimistac anyways. But seriously, we'll lose out.  And next year doesn't look very promising either.

We will not be able to score on NU like ku did (obviously).  In addition the NU offense actually looked fairly sharp on a good ku defense in the 1st quarter and half of the 2nd quarter.  They will beat us.

MU will also beat us because of their offense alone.  Then as a 5-6 team we mail it in on the road against a solid Fresno team.

A bowl game is all there's left to play for anymore.  Surely we can get at least one out of three in a group that includes Nebraska and Fresno State.

I am just sick of watching our defense suck balls.  I'm not really pissed about our offense or our special teams, just our sucky ass defense.  That includes our defensive recruiting(or lack there of.)  The lynch mob is dead and gone.  RIP mob 1995-2002

If we can't beat Nebraska.....That's when I'll give up. I still feel good about Missouri cause it's at home and Fresno State is tough to figure out. I predicted 9-3 before the season starts but I'll take 8-4.

TRUE, if we lose to NU - we will be the team that got lucky against a bad UT team (as they look worse than we did against OSU) and the team that beat a suspect CU team. we are horrid.

We are already the team that beat a bad UT team and a suspect CU team.  Don't need to lose to NU to prove that.

Guys we're not that bad.  We'll still be favored to beat NU next weekend and should win the game.  We ouryarded ISU by 80 yards or so just made bad decisions and didn't come ready to play to start the game.  ISU isn't good but is probably playing better football then NU is right now.  We're obviously capable of playing much better then we did today  we had major break downs in every phase of the game.

More then anything I think the coaching staff needs to get it together.  I think the tacital decision making in close games has been horrid this year and it was again today if you consider this a close game.  It seems to me like if things go to plan we come out and role people with ease but if it goes off plan at all the coaches don't adjust and put us in bad situations.
